By using New Permit Alerts, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the service.

What we provide

We deliver daily email reports of new building permits filed in your service area. The underlying data is sourced from public government records. We aggregate, enrich, and deliver it; we do not create it.

Your subscription

• Free tier — weekly summary. No credit card required. Cancel anytime.
• Paid tiers — monthly billing via Stripe. Cancel anytime through the link in your account or by emailing support.
• Free trial — 3 months free for the first 20 subscribers per market. No credit card required during trial. After trial, regular rates apply if you continue.

Acceptable use

You may use the permit data to:

• Market your construction-trade services to property owners
• Research market activity in your service area
• Inform your business planning

You may NOT:

• Resell, republish, or redistribute the raw permit data
• Use the data for unsolicited telephone calls in violation of TCPA or similar laws
• Use the data for harassment, discrimination, or any illegal purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to our service outside the email delivery

No guarantees about the data

Permit data comes from public government sources. We do our best to deliver accurate, timely data, but:

• We do NOT guarantee completeness — some permits may not appear in public systems, and public systems can have outages
• We do NOT guarantee timeliness — government data can lag
• We do NOT guarantee that every permit represents a real, pending project

Use the data as a lead source, not as a substitute for your own verification before contacting homeowners.

Compliance is your responsibility

You are responsible for complying with all laws when contacting property owners, including:

• TCPA (phone/SMS rules)
• CAN-SPAM (email)
• State-specific solicitation laws
• Do-Not-Call registries

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Permit Alerts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the service. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Cancellation + refund

You can cancel anytime — your subscription runs until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days in a paid month. If you believe you were charged in error, email support within 30 days and we'll work with you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect.
