What we provide

We deliver daily email reports of new building permits filed in your service area. The underlying data is sourced from public government records. We aggregate, enrich, and deliver it; we do not create it.

Permit data comes from public government sources. We do our best to deliver accurate, timely data, but:

Use the data as a lead source, not as a substitute for your own verification before contacting homeowners.

Compliance is your responsibility

You are responsible for complying with all laws when contacting property owners, including:

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Permit Alerts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the service. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Cancellation + refund

You can cancel anytime — your subscription runs until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days in a paid month. If you believe you were charged in error, email support within 30 days and we'll work with you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect.
