We deliver daily email reports of new building permits filed in your service area. The underlying data is sourced from public government records. We aggregate, enrich, and deliver it; we do not create it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Permit Alerts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the service. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can cancel anytime — your subscription runs until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days in a paid month. If you believe you were charged in error, email support within 30 days and we'll work with you.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect.
