4,501 new permits filed today across 35 FL counties

New pools, new roofs and new homes in your Florida county, every Monday.
For the business that comes next.

A permit means a homeowner just spent money on a project, and that project creates the next purchase: a pool needs service and an enclosure, a new roof needs a new insurance quote and an inspection, a new house needs pest and lawn care. We send those addresses to the companies that sell the next thing.

Nobody needs their own permit. The next business does.

The contractor who pulled the permit already has the job. You are the one who sells what comes after it. Pick your trade:

How it works

Three steps, no software to learn

1. Pick your trade and county

We match the permits that create demand for what you sell, and only those.

2. Get the list every Monday

Address, city, ZIP, date and project value where the county publishes it. Email plus a CSV for your mail tool or CRM.

3. Reach out first

A postcard or a knock while the project is fresh, before the owner starts searching online.

What a permit is, and what it is not

A permit is a dated public record that a specific project is happening at a specific address. It is an opportunity signal, not a promise of a sale. Subscribers who do well treat the list as a weekly route: a short, friendly first touch to every new address, then a follow-up when the project wraps.

What this data is, and how to use it. These are public-record building permits that counties publish, not opt-in leads: the homeowner did not ask to be contacted, and a permit is a signal, not a guaranteed customer. Market to them the way the law allows. Mail and in-person visits are the common channels where local rules permit. Calls and texts are covered by the TCPA, the National Do Not Call Registry, Florida's Telephone Solicitation Act (s. 501.059) and Florida's Do Not Call list. We do not sell phone numbers or owner names. Licensed professionals (insurance agents, inspectors) should also follow their license's advertising rules. This is not legal advice.
FAQ

Questions

Where does the data come from?

From the public building-permit records Florida counties publish. Our engine reads them every night and sorts them by what the project is (a new pool, a new roof, a new house) so each trade gets only the permits that matter to it.

Are these leads?

Not in the marketplace sense. A permit is a public record that a project is happening at an address. The homeowner did not ask to hear from you. That is why it is cheaper than a shared lead, and why you reach out by mail or in person, following the contact laws below.

Why only 5 seats per trade per county?

So a list is not shared by every company in town. When the 5 seats for your trade in a county are taken, new sign-ups go to a waitlist.

How does the free trial work?

$0 today. You enter a card to start, get the last 30 days for your county right away, and every Monday after that. Cancel before day 14 and you are never charged. After your first charge you still have 30 days to ask for a full refund.
