You can cancel anytime from the cancel link in any email we send, or in your preferences page after login. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid period — your subscription remains active through the last paid day and does not auto-renew.
All sales are final. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a paid period.
If we have an extended outage (> 24 hours of total downtime in a calendar month) that prevents delivery of permit alerts you paid for, email [email protected] and we will credit a prorated amount to your next bill.
