County feed plans (pool trades, insurance agents, inspectors, pest and lawn, solar, hauling): a 14-day free trial. $0 is charged today; a card is required to start. If you cancel before day 14 you are never charged. Your plan price begins on day 15.
Roofer and HVAC plans (Starter and Pro): a 7-day trial for $9, charged upfront. Your plan price begins on day 8 unless you cancel before day 7.
You can cancel anytime from the cancel link in any email we send, or in your preferences page after login. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid period — your subscription remains active through the last paid day and does not auto-renew.
We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a paid period, except as described in section 3a.
On county feed plans, if you are not satisfied, email [email protected] within 30 days of your first paid charge and we will refund that charge in full. One refund per customer.
If we have an extended outage (> 24 hours of total downtime in a calendar month) that prevents delivery of permit alerts you paid for, email [email protected] and we will credit a prorated amount to your next bill.
